Be honest with yourself, how do you feel on a Monday morning?



Do you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to perform in the week, or are you struggling with Monday fatigue? Lethargic, sleepy, and battling to concentrate?



One thing I’ve noticed since starting this 300-day challenge is just how much better I feel on Monday mornings.



And let’s be honest, it doesn’t take a genius to figure out why:



✅ No more late-night eating


 ✅ More awareness of what I eat & drink


 ✅ Sticking to consistent sleep patterns (no more weekend late nights = groggy Mondays)


 ✅ Entering the new week prepared and with options



The result?


 📉 Down 6lbs in the past week


 💡 More clarity & energy


 🛠️ The start of real, sustainable change



The best part? I haven’t even started adding structured exercise yet.....this is purely from small, consistent changes to my habits.



This journey isn’t about quick fixes or drastic overhauls, it’s about gradual, long-term transformation that I can stick to. Because at the end of the day, the real question is always:



“Can I sustain this?”
